Personal Training
& Circuit Training

I am a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Circuit Training instructor, currently training for Level 4 with advanced Strength & Conditioning.

This part of my career has come to me later in life and it was due to a running injury that I decided to go down this path.

At the end of 2021 an MRI showed that I had Chondromalacia Grade 4 (Grade 4 chondromalacia indicates that there is complete loss of cartilage with exposed subchondral bone) in my right knee and most likely some level grade in the other.

I was told I wouldn’t run again without plasma injections.  At the time that wasn’t an option for me so I got to work in the gym and over ten month, with specific exercises I became pain-free in my knee joints and was able to run and compete again at the same level pre-MRI.

With the amazing results I got from dedicated gym work I wanted to be able to help people not end up in the situation I did by creating armour for their bodies.

Circuit Training

Circuit training is a fun HIIT session, which is also social as I can train many people all at once.  High reps with light weights and cardo will definitely have your entire body burning by the end of it.

I can train a max of two people for PT at my home gym or a preferred location.

If you are here on holiday and want someone to put you though your paces I can come to you for either PT or CT.

Testimonials

Hi! I’m Nicole

I feel like a true expat. Born to a Dutch Mother and South African father, I grew up in the Middle East before moving to the UK and then Catalunya.

I have a background in Equine & Agriculture, and a complete obsession with many other sports, including cycling, trail-running, open-water swimming, ski-ing, the list goes on. It is through sport that I have made many and varied connections and friendships. I feel naturally at home in the outdoors and often gather friends for a weekend away exploring new trails and routes either on foot or bike.

In 2006 I moved to Catalunya with my husband, ex-pro cyclist David Millar, and we have called it home, along with our three children, ever since.

With my love of a micro-adventure and lucky enough to live so close to the mountains and the sea, in an area which guarantees good weather most of the time I am able to combine my hobbies with my job.

I hope to be lucky enough to guide you or just simply create your dream sporting holiday in stunning Catalunya someday soon.
